Connect to your database
Leaflet® adapts itself to your existing systems, whatever the size or brand. Direct access to data via the network avoids problems with copies of files. Since you only read the data, no alteration is possible. Powerful selection tools enable you to work solely on the data of your choice.

Page-setting
Leaflet® offers all the flexibility of a DTP (Desktop Publishing) program. Page setting is created by creating graphics on the screen (text, picture, geometric shapes and bar codes). The templates and styles technique enables the rapid creation of high-precision, professional templates - from the most basic to the most sophisticated.
The objects are linked dynamically to the database. It is possible to insert data in the template and display the result on screen at any time. With Leaflet®, there's always a way to define a layout that perfectly fits the structure of your data, no matter how complex it may be.

Page-filling
Leaflet® creates the catalogue from the templates by importing the data and adding the necessary pages. Filters detect any bad or missing data. All these operations are automatic and instantaneous. Up to several thousand pages per hour can be created.

Manual adaptation and finishing
You can make certain modifications to documents generated by Leaflet®. Products can be swapped, inserted or deleted. All these operations trigger an immediate update of the rest of the catalogue. Each page can be adapted manually, independent of the rest. You therefore keep total control of the final look of the catalogue.

Publication
Leaflet® prints the catalogue on your printer but, more significantly, it can also produce the files directly adapted to the printer's workflow. Leaflet® can also publish exactly the same catalogue on CD-ROM and on the Internet without any extra effort.
The electronic catalogues exploit the possibilities of the new media: the catalogue on CD-ROM includes a search index. The Internet catalogue can be integrated to your "e-commerce" site and contain interactive fields to behave like a virtual order book.
Leaflet® behaves like a Desktop Publishing program. Its ability to connect to databases enables dynamic data importation and automatic page filling of the document.
