pennoit-grootaert is a Belgian wholesaler in fasteners.
Making a catalogue is not an easy task when there are more than 70.000 different variants, sophisticated customer specific discounts can be applied and the catalogue has to be available in 4 languages.

The whole catalogue counts for more than 600 pages and is printed on demand at the main office on high capacity color laser printers.

Leaflet® templates replace Excel sheets and macros that were very useful in the early days, but have become unmaintainable with the growth of the company.
A reduced set of dynamic templates is enough to display all different articles categories and their specific attributes spreading automatically over several pages when needed.

Leaflet® is connected directly to the central IBM AS/400 computer. Any change to data is immediately reflected in the produced documents. User friendly templates have been provided to the end users to allow batch generation of any part of the catalogue.

pennoit-grooteart uses Leaflet® also to generate HTML pages with the same layout as order forms integrated in their B2B Internet site.
